We the undersigned believe that Ralph Ernest Malcolm Power should not be granted parole for the
murder of Sheryl Ann Gardner.
Power committed a violent pre-meditated crime without remorse. He beat Sheryl Gardner to death
with a hammer. He should serve his remaining years in prison.
It is also a matter of public safety that he not be released. He should not be free to harm others.
Please remember Ralph Power had a list of 15 other victims. Please remember that Ralph Power
attempted to kill two other women. Please remember that Ralph Power is fifty-one and Sheryl Gardner
never got to be older than twenty.
We urge you to keep this dangerous offender behind bars so that he cannot have another chance to
hurt more innocent victims.
